Simon and Olivia's wedding at Les Trois Rois was so beautiful and heartfelt.
Can you believe that this was officially a "winter wedding”? I'm not sure you can tell by the photos but this was mid February, the sun shone all day!

I loved that Olivia and Simon were planning a gorgeous luxury wedding in a fancy-pants hotel but what they were most focussed on was having the best and most wonderful time with their friends and family. They were so completely relaxed about the whole thing and such a happy in love couple it was a pleasure to be a part of.
We finally found the time to go through this great album (with a glass of wine as suggested). Thank you so much for the pictures! They are just stunning! You really caught the essence of that very special day. We are extremely happy about the result!

Les Trois Rois wedding venue in Basel. The oldest and grandest hotel here in the city, with a whole list of past famous guests (I sound like and advert don't I?!) It’s gorgeous, totally luxurious and a perfect place for a wedding in Basel.
Les Trois Rois Hotel, dates back to 1681 and it's rumoured to be one of the oldest city hotels in Europe and is a dreamy place to get married.
Olivia and Simon's wedding ceremony was just across the river at the Hôtel Median. The couple read each other their own heartfelt vows and the ceremony was officiated by their 2 witnesses which gave everything the most gorgeous personal and meaningful touch.
After the Ceremony, everyone walked back over Mittlebrücke to the apero and then onto a 6 course meal (which I can confirm it was delicious!) They finished off the night by dancing the night away into the small hours.

I love a Les Trois Rois wedding because the hotel it is so opulent, stylish and has such history. This makes it the perfect backdrop for a lovely luxury wedding. The location is completely stunning, right in the heart of Basel on the banks of the Rhine. There are so many beautiful spots that are perfect for photos too.
When Simon and Olivia got in touch with me, their enquiry was really touching. They said "we saw your website and literally felt in love with your pictures.” Which obviously completely made my day!
